By Mail: Send registration form and course
fee with check payable to FVTC, to the Wautoma Regional Center 205 E. Main Street, Suite 12A Wautoma, WI 54982.
In Person: Register between 8:00 a.m. and
8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Waupaca Regional Center located at 1979 Godfrey Drive, Waupaca, WI 54981 or register at the Wautoma Regional Center Monday 9-3:00 p.m., Tuesday 9-12:00 p.m. and Thursday 9-12:00 p.m.
Special Notes: Advance registration and payment
are required two weeks prior to the course start date. Minimum and maximum
enrollments apply. Classes with fewer than the minimum required registrations may be cancelled, and course fees refunded. Also note that the Waupaca Regional Center
is closed on Fridays.
