Phi Theta Kappa Induction RSVP
Congratulations! As a
new member of Beta Epsilon Omicron, FVTC’s chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor
Society, I would like to welcome you to one of the college’s most prestigious
organizations. As part of the membership
process, there will be an induction ceremony on Thursday, April 25th at 6:00 PM in room A170 on the Appleton
campus. Please invite family and guests who have supported you.
To assure that the induction is the start of a successful
journey in Phi Theta Kappa, I would ask your assistance in the following:

Please arrive
by 5:30 p.m. and come to Room C190. There will be a processional and recessional
of the inductees. In order to provide instructions on the ceremony, we ask that
you arrive at the time indicated.

Your guests may go directly to room A170ABC and
be seated. Guest may arrive through
Entrance #16. There will be a reserved section for the inductees; otherwise
seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are special seating requirements
needed, please contact Rick Reid at 920-735-2598 or reidr@fvtc.edu.

This is a prestigious event, so please dress
accordingly (no blue jeans/T-shirts/tennis shoes).

The ceremony should be completed by approximately
6:45 p.m. A light reception will follow
the ceremony in Room C190. You and your
guests are invited to attend.
