Hands-on summer camp options for middle school and high school students!

Fox Valley Technical College offers a variety of high-tech and engaging camp experiences, all at a reasonable cost.
Registration starts Monday, March 3, 2014.  

Electric Guitar Building (4 session choices)


Learn about design and manufacturing principles and techniques through the process of designing and building an electric guitar. Topics include: body and headstock design, basic woodworking, finishing, fretting, electronics assembly, hardware assembly and guitar setup. Discover the processes that go into creating a consumer product and walk away from the class with a beautiful solid body electric guitar that you designed and built yourself.

GirlTech

Learning Chinese Is Fun


Mandarin Chinese is the most commonly spoken language in the world: 935 million people (14% of the world's total population) speak Mandarin Chinese on a daily basis. In this camp, you'll be introduced to this language as well as Chinese history, legends and the traditional culture that makes up Chinese civilization.
